Good news! I went to the neurosurgeon today, and he was completely unconcerned about the brain cyst. He said that this kind of cyst is fairly common, and he has other patients who have much larger ones in the same region of the brain and have no related problems. He also said that it's been there since I was born, which means it was there during my last baby delivery; so nothing needs to be adjusted for childbirth. He did an exam, looking at my optic nerve & checking reflexes and all that, and said everything looks great and that the visual stuff I've been experiencing was related to migraines and not to this cyst.
So there's the scoop. Thanks so much for your prayers and concern for me & my brain.

Yup. Was wondering about it yesterday...didn't bring it up 'cause I figured no news was still no news ;-) Glad it's good news. Enjoy your last 49-ish days!
